Associated Garden
The Botanic Garden attached to Central Regional Centre is situated in main office campus of Botanical Survey of India, Allahabad. It is in c. 2.50 hectares area at 98 m altitude, 25°28′ North latitude and 81°51′ East longitude and harbours 618 species with diverse habits belonging to 111 families having medicinal, economically important, ornamental, rare and threatened plants. The garden is divided into many sections viz., Aquatics, Arboretum-cum-mini forest, Bambusetum, Green House, Gymnosperms, Medicinal Plants, Ornamental Plants, Plant Introduction, RET species and Rosery.
