1. Seaweed Flora of Goa coast (2017-2019; M. Palanisamy & S.K. Yadav): A total of 80 taxa of marine macro algae (seaweeds), comprising of 28 taxa of Chlorophyceae (green algae), 26 taxa of Phaeophyceae (brown algae) and 36 taxa of Rhodophyceae (red algae) were recorded under this project.
2. Seaweed Flora of Karnataka coast (2014-2017; M. Palanisamy & S.K. Yadav): A total of 108 taxa of marine macro algae (seaweeds), comprising of 36 taxa of Chlorophyceae (green algae), 30 taxa of Phaeophyceae (brown algae) and 42 taxa of Rhodophyceae (red algae) were recorded. and 8 taxa of seaweeds were published as new to the state under this project.
3. Seaweed Flora of Kerala coast (2011-2014; M. Palanisamy & S.K. Yadav): A total of 147 taxa of marine macro algae (seaweeds), comprising of 48 taxa of Chlorophyceae (green algae), 43 taxa of Phaeophyceae (brown algae) and 56 taxa of Rhodophyceae (red algae) were recorded.

1. Non-Detriment Findings (NDFs) of Dalbergia latifolia Roxb. and D. sissoo DC. In India (March 2018-October 2018): In this project, surveyed and collected data from various protected areas like in Tamil Nadu (Anamalai Tiger Reserve, Coimbatore; Mudumalai Tiger Reserve; Kanniyakumari Wildlife Sanctuary, Kanniyakumari), in Karnataka (Bannerghata National Park, Bengaluru; Devarayana Durg State Reserve Forest, Tumkuru; Biligirirangana Temple Tiger Reserve, Chamrajnagar), in Dadar & Nagar Haveli (Athal, Dudhani, Morkhal etc.), in Kerala (Neyyar WLS, Peppara WLS etc.).
2. Flora of Bihar and Jharkhand Vol. I & II: Completed the following families 1). Capparaceae; 2). Rhamnaceae and 3). Asteraceae.
2. Flora of Buxa Wildlife Sanctuary, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal (2011-2015): A total of 882 taxa distributed in 548 genera and 144 families were documented. Within this project one new species, four new records for Eastern India and seven new records for West Bengal flora.
3. Flora of Gorumara National Park, Jalpaiguri, West Bengal (2008-2012): Altogether a total of 400 taxa were collected. During this project one new addition to West Bengal flora was made.
4. Flora of Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary, Darjeeling, West Bengal (2006-2009): Altogether a total of 548 species were collected. During this project one new addition to mainland India and six new additions to West Bengal flora were made.
